Asking God to forgive your enemies doesn’t always stop them from carrying out their evil act but it does show God that you are compassionate and kind just like Him. Asking your enemies for forgiveness is not always accepted but you can have peace because you have done what the Lord has required of you. Satan doesn’t care who you are if you are willing to be used by him he will snatch you up immediately and use you to be the most cruel and ruthless person. That’s why we must pray and seek the Lord daily before we become just like our enemies. I don’t know about you but I prefer peace over chaos any day. I encourage you to chose compassion and kindness.

Let us pray,

Dear Jesus, you showed us what compassion looks like when you asked God to forgive those who hurt you while hanging on the cross. We know because you are a forgiver we can forgive and show kindness to those who have insulted and spoken all sorts of evil against us we just need you Jesus to help us to do it. Help me Lord to show compassion and kindness when it is not deserved. Please forgive me for all the times I have failed in this area. This is my prayer in Jesus name amen.
